Your company is a finalist for a lucrative contract. The customer doesn’t want to meet with your sales team or upper level management. Instead, they want a group presentation from the people on your Professional Services team — the people who would actually be doing the work. Unfortunately, these professionals and subject matter experts are not always strong presenters. They have a tendency to go into too much detail that doesn’t address the customer’s needs. Perhaps they read from slides and fidget.
