Conflict
Repair Corner

A monthly, drop-in, pay-what-you-can, 90-minute online gathering where parents receive expert coaching from me, and I highlight the universal lessons everyone can take away. This isn’t your typical support group.

Imagine a cozy, welcoming space—bring your cup of coffee, stay in your pajamas (I will too… I have really cute ones), while you relax in your bunny slippers (to the extent you can with your kids shrieking in the background). It’s a place where we all show up authentically, sharing challenges in a non-judgmental atmosphere.

But this isn’t about offering sympathy. You bring a real issue, and I’ll guide you through practical, doable solutions that get you unstuck.

It’s a space filled with laughter, genuine encouragement, and heartfelt support—real cheerleading, not the empty kind. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we’re serious about making change. It’s not just about the catharsis of being real, but asking, “What can I do to actually shift things?”

Think of it as spa-meets-seamstress. Imagine getting a rip in your favorite dress—while we’re fixing it, you’re treated to a soothing foot massage. It’s the perfect blend of addressing the conflict and heartfelt support at the same time.

Pay What You Can

I offer these sessions as Pay What You Can in exchange for permission to use the audio recording as a teaching tool. Your anonymity is protected because I only record the audio, we only use first names, and even those can be pseudonyms.

These recordings provide an invaluable resource for learning and transformation. I use them in workshops and share them on my YouTube channel, and as paid bonus content, where they become powerful teaching tools.

About Your Facilitator

Hi. I’m Lisa.

I’ve spent the last two decades learning, practicing, and teaching hundreds of parents how to prevent family conflicts. I started doing this work because I decided that I wouldn’t have kids until I had tools to do things differently than my (well-intentioned and loving) parents did. I have two kids.

Parents usually feel judged

Parents usually
feel judged

by their kids, their partners, their in-laws, other parents, and (the harshest critics of all) themselves. I see what every family member does through a judgment-free lens, which results in robust, compassionate conflict transformation.

I majored in Chinese in college, produced a podcast at a food truck park, and perform monologues like Date Night at Pet Emergency and the Mommy Meltdown Show. I also love square dancing and tandem pedal kayaks.

You’ve probably noticed that I don’t have any letters after my name. That’s because the skills you need to prevent conflicts and repair ruptures don’t require a degree in mental health. They’re accessible to everyone. My clients and I are living proof of that.
